Draft — not a claim of completed certifications
This privacy notice describes how planofsalvationposters.com handles information while the storefront, guest checkout, and optional accounts are being prepared and operated. It is not a claim of completed compliance certifications.
Customer records for orders
When you place an order, we store the customer information needed for commerce, support, fulfillment, accounting, and legal obligations (for example contact email, shipping details, and order line-item snapshots). A customer / buyer record is not the same thing as a website login.
Guest checkout
Guest checkout remains available. Completing a purchase, supplying an email address for order processing, or receiving transactional order messages does not create a website account.
Optional website accounts
You may explicitly choose to create a website account after purchase (or sign in if you already have one) to view linked orders and make future purchases easier. Account creation requires an affirmative opt-in and is not preselected. Clerk processes authentication data (including verified email identity and sessions) for customers who choose accounts. This application stores a local profile linked to Clerk's user id and business order data in its own database. Passwords are not stored by this application.
Payments
Stripe processes payment data. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in this application's database. A Stripe Customer object, if created for payment convenience, is not a website login.
Marketing consent (future)
Optional marketing or newsletter subscription, if offered later, will require a separate consent control. Account creation is not marketing consent.
Product feedback (Formlyx)
Optional product-feedback responses are submitted through Formlyx using their embed on this site. Formlyx processes those responses according to Formlyx’s own practices. Completing the feedback form is not a purchase and does not create a website account.
Analytics (Causewise)
Causewise may collect privacy-oriented usage analytics such as page views and selected interaction events (for example browsing CTAs, catalog search, product views, and feedback-section visibility). Causewise is used to understand site usage; it is not a purchase system and is not used here as marketing-email consent.
Contact form
The contact form validates entries in the browser and on the server. If delivery is not connected in an environment, the API returns an explicit non-delivery response and does not silently store the message as delivered.
Automatic technical data
Standard hosting logs may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps when the site is deployed.
Business address
A public business mailing address has not been published on this site yet.
